This series computer control center sealing bag making machine(WKZD-500ZF) is apply for making center sealing plastic bag, four side sealing bag , or side sealing bag and plastic sachet. Specially this type bag making machine is widely for making four side sealig bag,or special bottom bag making. Kingsun factory has rich experience for making bag machine for laminated film plastic bag, we can custmer-built bag machine for special form flexible packaging.

Application range:

Material: various laminated films.

Roll folding: max width: 1050mm, max diameter: 600mm.

Adaptability

Bagging speed: 160 parts/min (mechanical design speed), approx. <30m/min.

Bagging width: max width 500mm.

Bagging length: 50-400mm, When the bag length is above 400mm,it will change into multiple conveyances.

Notes: The actual operation speed will reduce for the reason of difference of the bag type and material.

Warping mode

Fabrication: put the warp beam horizontally.

Control: tension is automatically controlled by swimming roller, magnetic powder brake displacement sensor.

Driving mode

Feeding traction: Driven by AC servo motor.

Upper & lower sealing press: AC motor drive or AC servo motor drive.

Functions

Heat seal: speed of heat seal, duration of heat seal, proportion of heat seal acceleration etc.(main servomotor)

Temperature: 0～300℃，contact-free automatic control, CRT displaying.

Automatic count: presetting is available.

Punching device: time can be preset, continuous or interval punching is available.

Working mode: printing, non-printing.

Mode of multiple conveyances: twice to six times conveyance.

Measurement for length: distance between color scales can be measured photo-electrically.

Selectivity: feeding without movement, upper & lower regulating trimmer can be selected.

Message alert: lost of photo-electricity、lost of temperature、warping alarm、servomotor alarm 、 tension alarm and auto-switch off the machine.
