Detail Information
AFL series automatic flute laminating machines are the fourth-generation products with advantages of easy operation, convenient for maintenance, high speed, low noise and high accuracy.
AFL series with timing belts that imported high quality, which are constructed with wear resistant and high tensile, thus to guarantee the extremely accurate precision of lamination.
Adjustable glue roller system for even glue supply onto the corrugated paper and it achieves a good gluing effect. The recycle gluing system is refilled glue in the slot at both gluing rollers by electric glue controller. The glue system prevents wasting glue that reduces the cost.
The advanced suction belt feeding mechanism of the bottom sheet feeder ensures A, B, C, D, E and F flute, single and double wall corrugated paper to be delivered smoothly even at high speed.
