This fully automatic thermal film laminating machine fits for the thermal lamination of pre-glued film or glueless film.
Features:
Kingsun fully automatic laminating machine is designed for the lamination of paper with the glueless film or pre-glued film, the machine realizes complete automation of paper feeding, lamination, paper cutting, paper delivery and temperature control. The electrical and pneumatic devices are controlled by PLC (programmable control) system, and can be operated easily via touch screen. Heating roll adopts built-in oil heating system. This machine centralizes the features of high automation, easy operation, high speed, big pressure and high precision, and it is the best choice for the large and medium-size enterprises.
Configuration:
1.Pre-piled paper feeding system ensures a non-stop feeding and enhances the efficiency.
2.Human-computer system: 7.5 inch color touch screen simplifies the operation, directly input the paper size, overlap length and working speed etc. so that the machine can be automatically running, and the operators can check the running status through the screen all the time.
3.Automatic paper feeder with photoelectric detector for paper shortage, paper break, paper overlap, and the machine will automatically stop for self protection once one of them occurs.
4.Conveying table is furnished with the air aspirator and the front lay to guarantee a stable and regular paper conveying.
5.Built-in oil heating system makes a stable and uniform laminating temperature.
6.Automatic hydraulic system for automatic supply of stable and big pressure that ensures a good laminating quality.
7.Air shaft used for loading and unloading the film, accurate loading positioning.
8.Clutch equipped in the film roller for the control of the speed and the tension.
9.Film cutter for the cutting of the film width to meet the paper size.
10.Film perforating wheel for the perforating the edge of the film, which is easy for the automatic cutting for the laminated paper.
11.Water chiller fills ice water to anti-curvature device and recycles the ice water. When going through the anti-curvature device, the laminated paper shall be leveled and cooled at once and won’t curve again after the cutting.
12.Pneumatic cutting system realizes automatic paper cutting as long as the operator inputs the workable paper size on the touch screen
13.If no need cutting of the laminated paper, it also can be rewinded, the speed of air shaft is adjustable.
14.Automatic paper collector equipped with pat device. Patting frequency is adjustable. Delivery table is able to automatically up and down.
